Wellness by the Elbe
Would you like to do something good for yourself, unwind and relax from head to toe? Then our wellness area on the land side is exactly the right place for it. Work out in our fitness area, sweat yourself healthy in our sauna or relax by the fireplace.
Sauna
The heart of our wellness area is the KLAFS sauna, which is over 16 m² in size. At around 70 degrees, you can have a sauna with soothing warmth that is gentle on the circulation. A generous glass front provides a view of the fireplace, which provides additional comfort.
relaxation area
Cuddled up in your bathrobe, you can relax completely on our comfortable loungers before or after your visit to the sauna. Our green plant wall is a real eye-catcher. The green of the plants creates a pleasant atmosphere. Lean back on our wellness loungers, immerse yourself in your favorite book, or close your eyes and enjoy doing nothing.
Fitness
Should the weather prevent you from using Hamburg's most beautiful jogging route along the Elbe, you can also complete your kilometers on the treadmill in front of the panorama of the Elphi in our fitness room. Various dumbbells are available for strength exercises.

Use of the wellness area is free of charge. No registration is necessary to use it. The area is freely accessible at the following times:
Fitness: weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Sauna: weekdays 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Fitness: weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Sauna: weekdays 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
