the Hamburger Kunsthalle is one of the largest and most important art museums in Germany and houses art from seven centuries. Experience European art history from the Middle Ages to the present. In addition to various collections, fascinating special exhibitions also await you. Centrally located between the main train station and the Alster lake, you are right in Hamburg's city center and can also take a stroll through the city after your visit to the Kunsthalle.

Discover art at the Louis C. Jacob

And when you are back at the Jacob after all that art enjoyment, you can admire not only the exhibits hanging in your room, but also the many other paintings that are open to the public in our house. With over 400 exhibits, the Jacob houses the largest private art collection in Northern Germany. Crowned, of course, by the Liebermann, under which you can relax in our living hall.
