The Restaurant

A fantastic view of the Elbe, large wall paintings, stucco ceilings and heavy crystal chandeliers make a visit to the Jacob Restaurant not just a culinary experience. In good weather, we also serve on the linden terrace.

Personalities

Thomas Martin
Thomas Martin has been head chef at the Jacobs Restaurant since 1997. In 2011 he received two Michelin stars for the first time. When cooking, he relies on regional products with short delivery routes as well as new seasoning and preparation techniques.
Riccardo Löffler 
Riccardo Löffler started his career at Louis C. Jacob and has been there for you as a restaurant manager since 2018. He always has an open ear for the questions and wishes of the guests.
